Ingredients:
20 Cooked Shrimp
1 Heirloom tomato (Diced with Seed pulp removed)
1/3 Onion (Diced)
1/3 Cup of Cilantro (minced)
1/3 Cup of Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
1/8 Cup Jalapeño White Balsamic
½ TSP Kosher Salt
3 Avocados

Directions:
1. Clean shrimp and remove tails, if any. Chop the shrimp into bite-sized pieces.
2. Cut your tomato; make sure to remove the seed pulp
3. Dice onion and mince cilantro.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, tomato, cilantro, onion, lime juice, Jalapeño White Balsamic & kosher salt.
5. Slice avocado in halves, removing the pit. Spoon the ceviche into avocado halves and serve.

Watermelon Feta Salad Ingredients: 4 cups Water

Watermelon Feta Salad

Ingredients:
4 cups Watermelon cut into 1″ cubes
4 Persian Cucumbers chopped
1 cups feta cheese cut into 1″ cubes
4 paper-thin slices of red onion halved
10-15 fresh mint leaves, julienned
2 Tbsp drizzle Passion Fruit White Balsamic vinegar lightly over top of salad
1 Tbsp drizzle extra virgin olive oil (very lightly)
Sea salt/fresh ground pepper to taste (optional)

Directions:
1. In a large bowl and combine watermelon, persian cucumbers, and feta cubes into a bowl. Spread onion slices over top of the bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Drizzle balsamic vinegar and olive oil lightly over salad and toss gently to combine.
3. Roll mint leaves up and slice into julienne-cut ribbons. Garnish salad and serve.

Sweet Honey Sriracha Mango Balsamic Glazed Wings

INGREDIENTS
2 lbs. Chicken Wings
2 tbsp. Unsalted Butter, melted
1 tbsp. Gourmet Blends Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
Kosher Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp. Chopped Fresh Cilantro Leaves
Sesame Seeds (for garnish)

FOR THE HONEY SRIRACHA GLAZE
5 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
1 tbsp. All-Purpose Flour
1/4 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Gourmet Blends Sriracha Mango White Balsamic
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
Juice of 1 Lime

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. To make the glaze, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour until lightly browned, about 1 minute. Stir in honey, Sriracha Mango White Balsamic, soy sauce, and lime juice. Bring to a boil; simmer until slightly thickened, about 1-2 minutes.
3. In a large bowl, combine wings, Butter, Tuscan Herb Olive Oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, to taste.
4. Place onto a baking sheet with rack and bake for 35 minutes, using metal tongs to turn at halftime. Brush wings with Sriracha glaze and broil for 10 minutes, or until crisp and crusted.
Serve immediately. Garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds!

Coco-Pecan Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients
1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1 cup Pecans, chopped
1/4 cup Black Cherry Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 tsp Vanilla Bean Sea Salt*
1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt (Each Parfait)

Directions
1. In a skillet over medium heat, toast coconut and pecans until golden, about 3 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and transfer to a mixing bowl and mix in the vanilla bean sea salt and let cool.
3. Coat inside a clear glass with Black Cherry Balsamic and layer yogurt and coconut pecan mixture, and repeat until glass is full and top with a bit of coconut-pecan mix and Enjoy!

*Can also be homemade by splitting one vanilla bean pod in half, scraping the seeds out, combining it with ½ cup of flaky sea salt, and using your hands to rub into the salt and distribute evenly.

Strawberry Cheesecake Crescent Rolls feat. Black Currant Balsamic

Ingredients:
8 refrigerated crescent rolls
4 ounces cream cheese softened
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Black Currant
1/2 cup fresh strawberries diced
Additional powdered sugar for topping

Instruction:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Dice strawberries into small pieces.
4. Layout crescent roll dough triangles on a baking sheet.
5. Spread one tablespoon of cream cheese mixture onto each triangle evenly.
6. Brush about a teaspoon of Black Currant Balsamic Vinegar onto each triangle and carefully spread on top of the cream cheese mixture.
7. Add about a tablespoon of diced strawberries onto the large end of the triangle.
8. Starting at the large end, gently roll each triangle down to the tip, making sure the small triangle tip is on the top of the roll.
9. Bake for 15 minutes
10. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes.
11. Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar

Joanna Gaines’ Peach Caprese

Ingredients:
½ cup white balsamic vinegar
¼ cup basil olive oil
2 yellow peaches, chilled
2 white peaches, chilled
8oz fresh mozzarella balls, preferably water-packed
10 fresh basil leaves, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. In an 8-ounce screw-top jar, combine the white balsamic vinegar and basil olive oil. Screw on the lid and shake well. Refrigerate until well chilled. The dressing can be made ahead and stored in the jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
2. Remove the pits from the peaches and cut them into ½-inch-thick slices or wedges. Drain the mozzarella if necessary and pat it dry.
3. On a serving platter, decoratively arrange slices of the white peaches, yellow peaches, and mozzarella. Scatter the basil leaves on top, drizzle over the dressing, and sprinkle the flaky salt and pepper on top. Serve at once

Asparagus with Herbs de Provence Puffy Pastry

Ingredients:
1 Bunch of Asparagus (Ends Trimmed)
1 Tablespoon of Herbs de Provence Olive Oil*
2 Sheets of frozen puff pastry (Thawed out)
Thin Sliced Swiss Cheese
1 Egg (Beaten)
Salt
Pepper

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425⁰. Line the sheet pan with wax or parchment paper.
2. Roll the Puff Pastry out to a large rectangle about twice the original size and cut into 6 squares.
3. Toss the Asparagus in Herb de Provence Olive Oil and season with light salt and pepper.
4. To make the wraps, place a slice of prosciutto on the cut square fold in thirds so that it fits nicely. Followed by the 3-4 stalks of asparagus. Top with a folded slice of Swiss cheese.
5. Seal the puff pastry by wrapping opposite corners around the asparagus and press to seal. Brush the puff pastry with egg wash. (Optional- Sprinkle with salt and pepper)
6. Bake until golden, about 12-15 minutes, and enjoy!
